**UNESCO/ISEDC Fellowship Program 2020 in Russia** is now accepting applications. This fully funded cultural exchange program, co-sponsored by UNESCO and ISEDC, welcomes international students from around the globe. The UNESCO Russia Fellowship Program is a fully funded exchange program in Russia. It will cover all your expenses.

This fellowship program focuses on strengthening capacity building and human resources development in the field of sustainable and renewable energy sources, specifically targeting developing countries and countries in transition. The training component of these fellowships will take place at specialized institutions within the Russian Federation. English will serve as the medium of instruction. UNESCO will be responsible for inviting applications from eligible countries.
The UNESCO Category II International Center for Sustainable Energy Development (ISEDC) in Moscow (Russian Federation) is offering twenty (20) fellowships, each lasting four weeks (4), in line with the strategy and objectives of the approved UNESCO Programme and Budget for the Fellowships Programme Section. These fellowships will be offered in 2020.
UNESCO will select 20 applicants. Priority attention will be given to the following candidatures:
