Note: This Scholarship is awarded for a duration of two years. Continued receipt of the Scholarship is contingent upon maintaining satisfactory academic performance and adhering to the University's standards of personal conduct. For students pursuing a recognized path to the DPhil (PhD), the Scholarship may be extended for a third year upon successful completion of an application process.

- Country of Origin: Applicants must be citizens of Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, or Palestine.
- Age: As of 1 October 2023, you must meet the following age requirements:
- General Applicants: You must be at least 18 years old and have not yet reached your 24th birthday (born between 1 October 1999 and 1 October 2005).
- Older Candidates: If you completed your first undergraduate degree later than usual, you must be under 27 years old (born after 1 October 1996) and have met or will meet the requirements for completion of your first degree on or after 1 October 2022.
