Singapore International Graduate Award 2024-25 for International Students:
The Singapore International Graduate Award for 2024-25 is now accepting applications from Singapore. All International Students who are passionate about Research Work are strongly encouraged to apply for this Fully Funded Scholarship in Singapore. This international graduate scholarship is for pursuing a PhD Degree.
Doctoral training in English is offered by reputable research institutes at NTU, NUS, SUTD, or SMU. Students will be assigned to a specific lab within one of these institutions, under the guidance of internationally recognized researchers. Upon successful completion of their studies, students will receive a PhD degree from either NTU, NUS, SUTD, or SMU.

Financial Benefits:
The Singapore International Graduate Award is a fully funded scholarship that covers the following expenses for pursuing a Doctoral Degree:
- Tuition fees are covered in full.
- A monthly stipend of S$2,200 is provided, increasing to S$2,700 after successful completion of the Qualifying Examination.
- A one-time airfare grant of up to S$1,500* is available.
- A one-time settling-in allowance of S$1,000* is offered.
Research Areas:
Research areas within the PhD (Doctoral) Program are categorized into two broad groups:
- Biomedical Sciences and
- Physical Science and Engineering.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for the Singapore International Graduate Award in Singapore, applicants must fulfill the following criteria:
- Open to all international graduates who are passionate about research and have excellent academic results.
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
- Positive references from academic referees.

Begin by searching for Ph.D. Research Projects. Navigate to the research area and choose the project that interests you.
Step 2: Required Documents
To ensure a smooth application process, please gather all necessary documents beforehand. You will be required to upload these documents during the application submission. Please refrain from sending physical copies of your documents to the SINGA office. All documents must be submitted electronically alongside your SINGA application.
Step 3: Transcripts and Reports
All transcripts must be translated into English.
- Official academic transcripts for your Bachelor's and/or Master's degree.
- Your Bachelor's Degree certificate(s) or scroll(s). If your degree certificate has not yet been conferred, submit a letter of certification from the university confirming your candidature.
- Two recommendation reports (to be completed and submitted online by your referees).
This section is optional.
We require GRE, IELTS, TOEFL, SAT I & II, or GATE scores for admission. Please note that the university may request additional documentation to ensure you meet all admission requirements.
