The Industrial Training Program is designed to provide students with opportunities to:

Eligibility Criteria:
To apply for the Shell Nigeria Trainee Program 2023-24, applicants must fulfill the following criteria:
- You must be a Nigerian citizen.
- You must be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate program at a university or Polytechnic in Nigeria.
- You must be pursuing a degree in one of the following courses: Engineering, Geoscience, Finance, Information Technology, Sciences (Pure science, Environmental and Social), Arts, Commercial.
- You must have school authorization and approval for Industrial Training.
