The MEDIT / ACI PhD Scholarships 2023-24 at Ibn Haldun University in Turkey offer generous funding to cover a significant portion of your study expenses. Study Free in Turkey. Details about the scholarship are provided below:
- The tuition fee for a full-time student in the four-year Civilization Studies PhD program is 12,000 USD for the 2023-2024 academic year.
- All students are accepted into the program with various scholarship options.
- Successful applicants will be offered a tuition waiver, as well as the position of Research Assistant and/or Teaching Assistant. Students who meet the highest standards of academic excellence and language ability will receive a monthly stipend of between 3500-4200 TL.
- PhD scholarships cover the Turkish and Arabic language preparation period (maximum one academic year) and the four-year doctoral program duration.
- Scholarships are awarded for nine months each year and do not cover the summer period.
- Married students and/or PhD candidates who have passed their comprehensive examinations will be eligible for the Summer Scholarship. They will receive a stipend for 12 months each year.
- Scholarships and Assistant Scholarships are subject to annual renewal.
Important Note: Please be advised that scholarships may be reviewed and potentially cancelled by the Education Evaluation Committee in the event of academic failure.

Please Note: We accept documents in Turkish, Arabic, German, English and French. Documents in other languages must be translated into English or Turkish. (The original and official translation of the document must be submitted in Turkish at the time of registration.)
