To be eligible for the Malta Government Endeavour Scholarships Scheme 2024, students must meet the following criteria:
- This scholarship is available to both young students and adult learners who wish to pursue studies at the Master's level (MQF Level 7) or Doctoral level (MQF Level 8) of the Malta Qualifications Framework (MQF).
- Applicants must not already hold a qualification at the same level they are applying for.
- Successful applicants must be prepared to begin their studies between May 15, 2024, and April 30, 2025.
Important Note: Applicants with a Master's degree are eligible for PhD programs but cannot apply for another Master's degree, or lower-level postgraduate certificate or diploma. Individuals currently enrolled in a PhD program or equivalent are ineligible for this scholarship.
