Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for the HEC 75th National Top Talent Scholarship 2023-24, applicants must satisfy the following criteria:
- Applicants must be Pakistani or Azad Kashmir nationals.
- Applicants must have confirmed or unconditional admission to one of the top 25 ranked universities (according to QS or Times Higher Education) in their chosen field of study.
- At the time of application submission, applicants must meet the following minimum qualification requirements:
- For MS Scholarships: A Bachelor of Science (BS), Bachelor of Engineering (BE), Masters degree, or equivalent qualification with 16 years of education in the relevant field of study.
- For PhD Scholarships: A Master of Science (MS), Master of Philosophy (MPhil), Master of Engineering (ME), or equivalent qualification with 18 years of education in the relevant field of study.
- Applicants must have a minimum CGPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or 3.75 out of 5 in the semester system, or First Division (in the annual system) in their BS/BE/Masters/equivalent degree for MS scholarships, and MS/MPhil/ME/Equivalent degree for PhD Scholarships.
- Applicants may have a maximum of one second division throughout their academic career prior to their final degree.
- Maximum age on the closing date:
- 40 years for full-time regular Faculty Members of Public Sector Universities/Colleges or employees of the Public Sector organization.
- 35 years for all others.
- Applicants must not be receiving any other scholarship. If an applicant is receiving another HEC Scholarship Scheme, they must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from that scholarship project.
- Employees of any Public Sector University/Organization must submit an NOC from their organization to apply for the scholarship.
