As an Intern, your responsibilities include:
- Contribute to team building and foster innovation.
- Take the lead in designing significant software components, systems, and features.
- Engage in the full software development lifecycle, encompassing design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and enhancement.
- Effectively manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables by leveraging your technical expertise.
- Provide mentorship and training to team members on design techniques and coding standards.
Eligibility Criteria for the Google Staff Software Engineering Internship Program:
To be considered, applicants are required to fulfill the following criteria:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Experience in Software Development using one or more general purpose programming languages, including but not limited to C/C++, Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, Go, Objective-C, and/or Swift.
- Experience in architecting and developing large-scale designs.
- Experience working with one or more of the following: Infrastructure, Machine Learning, Mobile Application Development, Embedded Systems, Front-End Development, Security, and Privacy.
- Interest and ability to learn additional coding languages as required.
