The ANSO Scholarship for Young Talents 2024 in China is a fully funded opportunity for international students. This scholarship covers all expenses associated with your degree program. More information is provided below:
- Complete Tuition Fee Waiver

- Monthly Stipend:
- Master’s Degree: 3000 RMB/month
- PhD Degree: 6000 or 7000 RMB/month (depending on whether the applicant has passed the qualification test arranged by USTC/UCAS).
- Health Insurance
- Travel Subsidy from their Home Countries to China (One Trip Per Person). Applicants residing in China at the time of application are not eligible for this subsidy.
Eligibility Requirements:
To be eligible for this scholarship, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens.
- Applicants for a Master's degree must have been born after 1 January 1994 (inclusive).
- Applicants for a PhD degree must have been born after 1 January 1989 (inclusive).
- International students must meet the criteria set by USTC/UCAS.
- Applicants cannot accept other assignments during the scholarship period.
- Applicants must be proficient in English or Chinese.

Required Documents:
- Copy of Passport with at least 2 years of validity remaining
- Updated CV including a brief summary of your research experience
- Copy of Original Degree certificates:
- Master's Degree applicants must submit their Bachelor's degree certificate or an official pre-graduation certificate verifying their student status and stating their expected graduation date.
- PhD Degree applicants must submit the following:
- Bachelor's degree certificate.
- Master's degree certificate or an official pre-graduation certificate verifying their student status and stating their expected graduation date.
- Two Reference Letters
- Research Proposal
- Photocopies of 5 published academic papers (if available)
- Proof of English and/or Chinese Language Proficiency
- Foreigner Physical Examination Form (Format).
