Financial Benefits:
This scholarship offers full or partial coverage of tuition and fees, as well as accommodation support. It is available to both Saudi Arabian applicants and Egyptian applicants residing outside of Cairo and Giza.
Required Documents:
To apply, candidates must provide the following documents:
- Official secondary school transcripts
- Birth certificate
- One recent passport-sized photograph in color
- An essay (300-500 words) addressing the following:

Eligibility Requirements for the Abdulhadi H. Taher Endowed Scholarships for Egyptian and Saudi Arabian Students
- Eligible Countries: Egyptian and Saudi Arabian students are eligible to apply for these scholarships.
- Eligible Course or Subjects: These scholarships are available for undergraduate degree programs in any subject offered by the university.
- Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for these scholarships, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Applicants must be enrolled in Thanaweya Amma for the 2024-2025 academic year or have an equivalent certificate. They must achieve a score of at least 97% in the science section and 94% in the arts section in Thanaweya Amma or its equivalent. Candidates must also demonstrate financial need.
- Admission Requirements: For admission to an undergraduate degree program, applicants must meet the AUC’s admission requirements.
- Language Requirement: Applicants must pass either the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) with a minimum band score of 6 and a writing score of 6, or the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) with a minimum total score of 76 and a writing score of 20.
